Jakarta Selatan, 8 Juli 2026 – Sejumlah massa yang tergabung dalam Forum Demokrasi Rakyat menggelar aksi unjuk rasa di depan Gedung Kementerian Koperasi, Jalan HR Rasuna Said, Karet Kuningan, Setiabudi, Jakarta Selatan, Rabu (8/7/2026) siang. Aksi yang berlangsung sekitar pukul 14.30 hingga 14.47 WIB tersebut diikuti kurang lebih 15 peserta dan berjalan dalam situasi aman serta tertib.
Dalam aksi itu, peserta membawa sebuah mobil komando, pengeras suara, dan spanduk yang berisi tuntutan agar dugaan penyimpangan dalam pengelolaan dana bergulir pada Lembaga Pengelola Dana Bergulir Koperasi, Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (LPDB-KUMKM) diusut secara tuntas. Melalui orasi, massa menilai pengelolaan dana negara harus mengedepankan prinsip transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan bebas dari praktik yang bertentangan dengan hukum.
Koordinator aksi menyampaikan bahwa pihaknya menerima berbagai informasi yang menurut mereka perlu ditindaklanjuti melalui proses hukum. Mereka mengangkat dugaan adanya permintaan biaya tertentu dalam proses pengajuan dana bergulir koperasi, termasuk dugaan pungutan yang disebut mencapai persentase tertentu dari nilai pinjaman. Selain itu, massa juga menyinggung adanya informasi mengenai biaya operasional yang diduga diminta dalam proses administrasi dan verifikasi.
Forum Demokrasi Rakyat menegaskan bahwa seluruh dugaan tersebut perlu dibuktikan melalui mekanisme hukum yang independen dan transparan. Dalam pernyataan sikapnya, massa mengutip sejumlah ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan mengenai pemberantasan tindak pidana korupsi, pelayanan publik, serta keterbukaan informasi sebagai dasar perlunya pengawasan terhadap pengelolaan dana negara.
Selain meminta penjelasan terbuka dari Kementerian Koperasi dan LPDB-KUMKM, massa juga mendesak agar dibangun sistem digital yang memungkinkan masyarakat memantau seluruh tahapan penyaluran dana bergulir, mulai dari proses pengajuan, verifikasi, penetapan penerima manfaat hingga pencairan dana. Langkah tersebut dinilai penting untuk meningkatkan transparansi sekaligus mencegah potensi penyimpangan.
Dalam tuntutannya, peserta aksi turut meminta Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK), Kejaksaan Agung, dan Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) melakukan audit investigatif apabila terdapat indikasi pelanggaran dalam pengelolaan dana LPDB-KUMKM. Mereka juga mendorong pemerintah menerapkan penegakan hukum secara tegas terhadap setiap dugaan korupsi, pungutan liar, maupun penyalahgunaan kewenangan yang berpotensi merugikan keuangan negara.
Aksi berakhir sekitar pukul 14.47 WIB tanpa insiden. Selama kegiatan berlangsung, aparat keamanan melakukan pengamanan dan pemantauan di sekitar lokasi sehingga penyampaian aspirasi dapat berjalan dengan tertib, sementara arus lalu lintas di kawasan Jalan HR Rasuna Said tetap terkendali.
